Agentic Video Studio: Building a Human-Editable AI Video Synthesis System

Overview

I built Agentic Video Studio, an early prototype for creating narrated technical explainer videos with a human-plus-agent workflow. I will show the GitHub repo and demo workflow: a human provides intent, an agent assembles a narration-first story plan, source material and diagrams stay visible in a shared workspace, timing is tied to narration timestamps, a browser editor supports review and correction, and a deterministic compiler produces the renderable video model.
