OpenAI Realtime Console in Streamlit

Overview

OpenAI announced their new realtime API at their Dev Day last week, but it only came with a working example in javascript. I’ve ported that to a streamlit app so that python people can play around and learn too: https://github.com/mdagost/openai-realtime-streamlit
